In short, Ethical Brands value feedback from all of their stakeholders and it is this feedback which enables a registered ethical brand to maintain good standing in our rating system and remain listed in the Ethical Brand Directory.
Feedback from stakeholders of registered ethical brands can be submitted here. The core of our license authentication system revolves around qualifying feedback and relaying this to the most senior level of the relevant organisations and thjen monitoring each item of feedback to its logical conclusion. Our approach is based on the fact that it is not the mistakes that organisations make that threaten their good standing (after all we are all human), but how it responds to feedback that distingusihes genuine ethical brands from all others.
If you are an official representative, or spokesperson for any organisation that you believe to be a de-facto ethical brand then your organisation should be listed in the Ethical Brand Directory.
